Description
The Parish church of St. Michael and All Angels is in the centre of town and its tall spire can be seen for miles around. There has been a parish church in Great Torrington since at least the 13th century. The building has suffered partial destruction on a number of occasions in the past and has been rebuilt. Parts of the present building date from the 14th century. To read the history of our church please visit our website :https://www.stmichaelstorrington.org.uk/great-torrington-church.html .
